Any adult who wants to be a Manager (Head Coach) of a team is required to submit the Manager's / Coach's Form (Click HERE for form). And those who wants to be an Assistant Coach is encouraged to fill out the form too
In addition, all Managers are required to undergo a Background Check. Click HERE for the Background Check Form.
