SCBA Parents & Guardians

The Importance of Parents/Guardians and Their Participation

We believe that the role the parents and/or guardians play in youth sports is very critical to the youth. We appreciate and depend on you. You have the most influence on a child's perspective of why they play sports and how then conduct themselves while playing. Your support both on and off the field will be key to the success of the youth. We quantify that success by the items outlined in our Mission Statement.

  • These are some of the expectations that we have of the parent/guardian.
  • Bring the youth to practices and games prepared and on time.
  • A parent or guardian must be present with the youth at all times.
  • Set a good example for the child.
  • Respect the players, coaches, umpires, equipment, and facilities of SCBA
  • If you are able, please assist the coaches when asked.
Programs Available to Parents/Guardians

Throughout the year, there will be special events, seminars, training, and other activities that Adults are able to participate in. As those become available we will post the information here. So, check in from time to time. We ask that you be involved as much as you can; it goes a long way to making the season run smoothly and providing the youth with a great experience.

We thank you in advance.
