Are You Interested in Becoming an SCBA Umpire? |
SCBA is always looking for interested individuals to umpire games for ages 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12, in both boys' baseball and girls' softball. No previous experience or qualifications required; we offer training.
We do pay our umpires. For the 2012 season, the rate of pay was:
- Ages 7-8 -- Umpires receive $12 per game
- Ages 9-10 -- Umpires receive $17 per game
- Ages 11-12 -- Umpires receive $22 per game.
How Do You Become a Umpire? |
To become a umpire for SCBA, you can do either of the following:
- Stop by Registration and sign up
- Print out the Umpire Form (click HERE), fill it out, and mail it to:
